HANDBOOK AND CONSTITUTION


ATTENTION: The 2010 Contest Handbook is now available below. Please use follow the rules located in this handbook for all contest at this year's Spring Convention. A Scrapbook Rubric, new rules for pre-contest submissions, Chariot Rules, and Sweepstakes Points for Olympika events have been added.

The NCJCL Executive Board is in the process of organizing its bylaws. Below, you will see what is called the 'Interim Constitution' and the 'Contest Handbook.' If you would like information regarding the operating procedures of the NCJCL, please look in the 'Interim Constitution.' If you would like information regarding the different contests offered at the NCJCL Convention, please check the 'Contest Handbook.' Thank you!
