HANDBOOK AND CONSTITUTION


The NCJCL Executive Board is in the process of dividing up the content of the Handbook into a Constitution and a Contest Handbook. Together, these documents would contain all information, procedures, bylaws, and contest rules used by the NCJCL, answering a majority—if not all—of the questions asked by sponsors or delegates regarding NCJCL events. The 2007 Handbook will continue to serve its constitutional functions until an official Constitution has been created and ratified. The current contest rules can be found in the 2009 Contest Handbook, which is a brilliant work created by the equally brilliant NCJCL State Chair Amanda McCartney.

*Update: This Contest Handbook has been updated to include Publicity, Olympika, and Chariot Design, which it did not previously contain. Please enjoy!
