On behalf of the NCJCL, it is a magnificent pleasure to welcome all new members to the Executive Board, just as it is certainly an unfortunate loss to see our departing members go! Amist these torn feelings, the unity of the Executive Board has never been stronger, and we all strive to make North Carolina the best state JCL in the nation!
