Salvete amici!

I would like to welcome everyone to what is going to be another great year in the NCJCL, an organization
that is committed to promoting the classics all across North Carolina and enriching the studies of North
Carolina classics students through our fall and spring gatherings. All NCJCL-ers are fully aware of the
magnitude and contributions of Ancient Greece and Rome. NCJCL provides the perfect place for this
enthusiasm to be acted upon. This year the executive board will do their best to work with all chapters to
make NCJCL even better than it already is and to publicize the benefits we offer to schools that are not yet
members of the NCJCL in hopes that they will join our wonderful organization.

I greatly look forward to all that we will accomplish together in the coming year and remember, Latin lives!
